This Rustic Tree House is made from rough
sawn freshly cut Irish timber that is unplaned. The timber
sheeting on the exterior is overlapped while the timber in
the floor and roof is butt jointed. Mineralised Felt is used
on the roof. Onduline roofing is also available at an extra
cost. Perspex windows are fitted as standard.
The
Rustic Tree House is supplied with just a primer coat and
must be given a coat of wood preservative within a few months
of installation, followed by a coat about every 12 months
or longer depending on the advice of the preservative manufacturers.
The
Tree House is also available with a Shiplap
or Barrel
Board finish. Both are made from White Spruce
which is a slow growing timber that has been Kiln Dried. We
currently have two sizes available as standard but we can
quote for any specific design or style that you like. The
Shiplap and
Barrel Board
Tree Houses can be supplied with either a primer coat or fully
Pressured Treated.
Due
to the nature of the Tree House we recommend that children
are supervised when using it.
